The meeting objectives are:
- Present/discuss/approve the overall work-plan and the first-year detailed work-plan & budget for the projects’ implementation
- Review and finalize the project results framework for corresponding sub-components/activities in the work-plan
- Detail partner co-finance contributions to activities in year one
- Discuss the LME:LEARN working groups’ membership and meeting plans, partner opportunities
- Agree organizational arrangements for the project steering committee, including its terms of reference
- Discuss any open issues, cross-cutting project issues; mobilize & realize synergies across project partners
