IPCB aims to strengthen research collaboration with young researchers and encourage multilateral cooperation among ASEAN countries, advancing next-generation science and sustainable development of our natural resources. Biotechnology unlocks the environment’s potential, enhancing management, bio- and eco-engineering technologies, and industrial applications. Continued efforts in building knowledge from environmental and technological areas of scientific research is important in lifting societal well-being, and the young researchers of today are future leaders that will bolster the scientific community in tackling critical problems in the world. Managing human resource development for a technologically advanced world is a substantial challenge, and IPCB serves as a platform in developing capable people under the guidance of pioneer scientists across regions by addressing specific issues of national context as part of a wider globalized society.
