Data availability from National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Tropical Atmosphere Ocean (TAO) array in the equatorial Pacific Ocean has improved to above the 80% data availability performance target. NOAA completed six service cruises in the TAO array during calendar year 2014 and the array has sustained above an 80% data availability performance level since November 2014.
